For me, these butt enhancers are medically necessary and not a vanity thing at all. I lost all the fat in my butt due to bone cancer and when I sit the only thing between between my bones and the seat was skin. That's when I decided to try the padded panties as the pain in my spine and butt was becoming unbearable even with pain killers. I received my panties in 3 days and and have been wearing them for a week now and they have helped amazingly. For the first time in a very LONG time I have no more lower back pain at all. None what-so-ever! I now take fewer pain killers and therefore my appetite is better and besides my clothes fit much better. I would recommend these panties for anyone with bone cancer, osteoporosis, or anyone with butt pain who could use these panties for the necessary comfort.

I just happen to run across this web site. I had no intentions of buying a butt enhancer, but then I remember my husband's comment to me after my 2nd child. He said what happen to my butt and said I used to have a decent size butt and now it's not as full and firm as before. That's when I thought why not give it a try. I didn't even know they sell butt enhancers...lol!!! It's amazing what a padded pantie can do. I love this pantie and totally recommend it. Feels super natural. I'm looking forward to purchasing my second one. Still debating if I should buy this one again or try a different one.
